The letters are between Dr. B.F. Austin, chairman of Procurement and Assignment Services for Ala. and state universities, the U.S. Public Health Service, and local draft boards. Also included are lists of Ala. physicians, rosters of the state Medical Association, memoranda, and selective service bulletins.
